Pricing, Payment & Deposit

Prices are based on the information provided.

A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

The remaining balance is due as stated in the quote or invoice, before or on completion of the service.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

Scheduling & Access

The property must be accessible at the agreed time.

Please notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

The deposit is non-refundable, even if the booking is rescheduled or cancelled.

Health & Safety

We use safe cleaning products and follow health and safety regulations.

Please inform us of any hazards, pets, or allergies.

Liability

We take care when handling your property but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items.

Damage caused by negligence will be addressed according to our insurance.

Cancellations

Notify us in writing for cancellations.

The 10% deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or rescheduling.
